1) Appointment of a preliminary AML check
Pre-AML verification is a verification of the sender’s crypto address (and, if necessary, the source of funds), which the user passes before making an application/payment in order to reduce the risk of stopping the exchange and additional checks.
The verification helps to determine in advance whether the address is suitable for exchange, and to get a clear result from the AML analyzer.

2) The order of user actions (step by step)
Step 1. Open the AML verification page on BestChange and sеlect the AML analyzer.
We recommend checking in 2-3 analyzers for a more objective result. For basic verification, CoinKYT or GetBlock is suitable.
Step 2. insеrt the cryptoaddress from which you plan to send funds.
Step 3. sеlect a crypto asset/network (for example: Bitcoin (BTC)).
Important: if the service requests a network, sеlect the network where the actual sending will take place.
Step 4. Specify the e-mail address for receiving the verification result and confirm your agreement with the terms of the verification service.
Step 5. Click “Check address” and wait for the result (it will be sent to your email and/or displayed on the analysis page).

3) How to transfer the test result to the operator
After receiving the verification result, send it in any convenient way:
Option A (e-mail):
Forward the email with the result to support@btc-obmennik.info .
Option B (chat/Telegram on the website):
Send a screenshot/file of the verification result to the online chat or Telegram specified in the header of the site.
To make the operator process the request faster, specify along with the result:
• verifiable cryptoaddress (in text);
• asset/network;
• date/time of verification;
• (if available) Report link/ID or report file (PDF/screenshot).

4) Possible scenarios after receiving the result
After reviewing the report, the operator provides a response in the same channel where you contacted (e-mail/chat/Telegram). Possible scenarios:
4.1. Admission to the exchange
The operator confirms: “The address is approved for exchange.”
After that, you can create an application and conduct an exchange from the specified address.
4.2. Refusal of exchange based on verification results
The operator reports: “Denied” and indicates the reason (for example: high level of risk according to the AML analyzer report / presence of high-risk labels).
In this case, you can:
• check another address and send a new result.;
• in case of disagreement, request additional verification (see point 4.3).
4.3. Additional verification (clarification)
If the report is ambiguous or needs clarification, the operator can request additional information, for example:
• checking in another AML analyzer;
• confirmation of the source of funds/explanation of origin (in free form);
• additional information on incoming transactions (if necessary).
Based on the results of the additional After verification, you will receive one of the final statuses: admission or refusal.

5) Terms and conditions of consideration
• The period of initial review of the result: from 5 to 60 minutes from the moment of receipt of the report by the operator.
• If additional verification is required: the review period is extended, and the operator informs about it in a reply message and requests the necessary data.
The response is provided in the message channel (e-mail/chat/Telegram). Response format:
• “The address is accepted for exchange”, or
• “Refused” (indicating the reason), or
• “Additional verification required” (with a list of what needs to be provided).
